CULINARY SUPERVISOR

We are hiring a Culinary Supervisor for a part-time seasonal role at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The role involves supervising food-service associates, training employees, and ensuring quality and safety of food supply. The position is event-based and runs from April to September.

Requirements

• Directly supervises food-service associates
• Trains employees and plans, assigns, and directs work
• Advises management on purchasing requirements and minimizes waste and product shortages
• Ensures proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control
• Operates and cleans equipment safely
• Follows HACCP guidelines
• Serves meals and receives customer feedback
