DIET CLERK (FULL TIME)

Requirements

• Prior patient dining experience is required
• Distribute and collect menus
• Assist patients in completing menu selections in compliance with prescribed diet
• Offer alternatives to menu as allowed on prescribed diet
• Prepare and distribute supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula
• Manage human/donor milk and/or infant formula
• Adhere to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient's rights policies
• Comply with regulatory agency standards
• Complete required documentation, reports and logs
• Follow facility and department infection-control policies and procedures
