Job Description
DINING SERVICES DIRECTOR. Work as an Ace Team Director of Dining Services, managing client relations, and ensuring superior quality food. Support FLIK accounts in the New York City region, with up to 25% travel required. Three to five years of foodservice operation experience and a BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
Requirements
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and client as well as other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with FLIK marketing and culinary team
