DIRECTOR of DINING SERVICES - Crowell & Moring Cafe 11 - DC

We are seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account, manage a team of associates, and ensure superior quality food for customers. Key responsibilities include maintaining excellent relationships with customers and clients, working with the Chef and management team, and overseeing P&L and budgeting.

Requirements

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing a budget
