Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in high-volume dishwashing is required.
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures.
