Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition. Essential duties and responsibilities include scraping and rinsing food from dirty dishes, washing pots, pans, and trays, polishing silver, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and performing other duties as assigned.
