Job Description
Responsible for the overall management of the Environmental Services Department, ensuring hospital meets all JCAHO guidelines, and promoting client awareness of program alternatives. Develops financial forecasts, reviews and analyzes financial statements, and monitors compliance with client contracts. Supervises department staff, including management personnel, and ensures correct and fair wage and benefit administration.
Requirements
- Four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups
- Financial and Accounting skills, and proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
