FOOD SERVICE UTILITY (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full time FOOD SERVICE UTILITY position. Maintains kitchen work areas, and keeps equipment and utensils clean and orderly.

Requirements

• Dishwashing experience required
• Ability to sweep and mop floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
• Ability to remove trash and place it into designated containers
• Ability to transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Ability to assist with banquet table and front of the house set up
• Ability to assist with loading or unloading and delivering supplies and product
• Ability to distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment as needed
• Ability to comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned
