FOOD UNIT LEAD (FULL TIME)

We are hiring a full-time Food Unit Lead to coordinate activities of other food-service employees, create an enjoyable dining experience for customers, and oversee food preparation and service.

Requirements

• Prior food service supervisory experience is required
• Provides quality customer service
• Oversees and participates in food preparation and service
• Trains employees
• Assigns and coordinates work of employees
• Determines work procedures and prepares work schedules
• Orders food and supplies
• Directs and participates in sanitation and safety of the facility
• Issues written and oral instructions
• Helps select and orient employees
