FOOD UNIT LEAD (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full time FOOD UNIT LEAD position to coordinate activities of other food-service employees, create an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff and visitors, and oversee the preparation and service of food and beverage items.

Requirements

• Prior kitchen experience
• Record keeping, inventory, and production experience
