We're seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead corporate dining operations for a premier client at a brand-new location.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8–10 years of upscale or high-volume foodservice experience, including 5+ years in management
- Strong background in high-end catering (strongly preferred)
- Proven leadership abilities with strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills
- Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification preferred
