We are seeking a dynamic and engaged Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This is a tremendous opportunity for a hospitality minded human resources generalist with strong employee relations and client partnership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required
- PHR or SPHR designation strongly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Three plus years human resources generalist experience required; management experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
- Previous experience as part of a centralized HR environment, preferably in a corporate setting
- Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
- Strong presentation skills required
