HVAC TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full-time HVAC TECHNICIAN position. The HVAC Maintenance Technician performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties related to the facilities engineering and maintenance functions.

Requirements

• 6 months of prior HVAC technician experience is required
• Journeyman Electrical License, Registered ACR Technician with EPA certification in Refrigerant, or Journeyman Plumber License is required
• Experience working with blueprints and schematics is required
• Valid driver's license is required
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and kneel/bend/stoop and perform strenuous labor for extended periods of time is required
