Job Description
The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for supervising, inspecting, and controlling all custodial and related services associated with assigned contracts. The role involves allocating work responsibilities, supervising staff, and ensuring proper staffing levels to meet client expectations.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and planning skills, responsiveness, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of five to ten years of recent experience in working supervision of custodial and related employees performing cleaning functions in major facilities
- High School education or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
