Job Description
The Maintenance Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of mechanical and electrical systems, along with POM, general maintenance and Preventative Maintenance Programs. The position will also provide world-class customer service and management of building management at Texas A&M University.
Requirements
- Manages the performance of vendors to ensure highest quality of service and the best value
- Installs the standard programs utilizing best practices in Maintenance
- Trains account personnel in proper maintenance techniques, procedures, and all safety procedures
