Foodbuy is a procurement and supply chain solutions company seeking a Manager to drive new business growth, improve revenue capture, and create operational efficiencies across the organization focused on client solutions, process improvement, and technology integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years experience in enterprise B2B organizations holding client-facing roles like account management, client services, or strategy, with a proven track record of growing accounts and leading senior-level relationships.
- 3-5+ years experience in leading projects consistently delivering results.
- Experience influencing stakeholders, and using CRM and data analytics tools to drive business growth.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
- Proven experience managing complex projects from start to finish ensuring successful execution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation skills (especially at the executive level), and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, and Project Management programs.
