NUTRITION CARE MANAGER (Certified Dietary Manager)

We’re looking for a driven and compassionate Nutrition Care Manager (CDM or DTR) to make a real impact in senior living. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a Registered Dietitian to support resident health through personalized nutrition care, help shape menus that truly reflect resident needs and preferences, and lead daily dining operations.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field
• Credentialed as a CDM or DTR (preferred)
• Experience in senior living, healthcare foodservice, or supervisory roles a strong plus
• ServSafe certification (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, EMRs, nutrient analysis, and diet office systems
