Job Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees the operations of concession stands and/or premium spaces based on business needs, performs a variety of concessions duties, trains other hourly staff, and provides exemplary guest experience.
Requirements
- Supervises the operations of multiple concession stands or premium spaces
- Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs
- Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing
- Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
- Follows all payment integrity / cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines
