Job Description
We are hiring immediately for a full time PATIENT SERVICES LEAD position. This role is responsible for coordinating patient meal service and special requests, and ensuring that patients' nutritional needs are met. The Patient Services Lead will work with caregivers and the culinary team to determine menu alternatives for patients with food allergies and sensitivities, and will communicate with patients and nursing staff to address any concerns.
Requirements
- No prior experience is required
- Willing to train
- Ability to communicate and read documents
- Aptitude for operating hospital's admission, discharge and transfer (ADT) system, and other computer-based systems
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds
