PLANT OPERATOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full time PLANT OPERATOR position. Key responsibilities include maintenance, repair, and servicing of mechanical systems and equipment at the Utility Plants, ensuring optimal functioning of machinery, pumps, boilers, compressors, and other mechanical components.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician in a thermal power plant or industrial setting
• Familiarity with steam turbines, boilers, pumps, compressors, and other thermal power plant machinery
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in industrial or plant environments
