PORTER (FULL TIME)

We have an opening for a full time PORTER position. Location: Citadel - 425 Park Avenue 9th Floor, New York, NY 10022. The job involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including all tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage station.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
• The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
