Requirements

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Adhere to state and federal liquor regulations
• Set up and stock bars, maintain stock and store perishables
• Greet guests, take orders, and present drinks
• Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain a clean work area
