Job Description
We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee the successful completion of project portfolio. The role requires 3-5 years of prior facilities & project management experience, and the ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who can foster relationships and identify synergy opportunities within the Compass organization and with client accounts.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of complex projects and initiatives in collaboration with Strategic Operations team leadership.
- Develop project plans, presentations, and proposals to facilitate successful project launches.
- Coordinate and host project meetings, including project kickoffs, steering committee calls, project updates, lessons learned, and meeting close-out.
- Monitor and provide status reports about project health to project stakeholders and organizational leadership.
