Requirements

• Oversee daily café, coffee bar, and catering operations
• Maintain strong cost controls for labor, food, and operational expenses
• Lead, train, schedule, and coach staff to ensure outstanding service and execution
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Support culinary operations, menu execution, and product quality
• Create signage for café, coffee bars, and catering
• Coordinate product movement between units; ensure timely organization and delivery
• Build strong relationships with Amazon staff and senior client partners
• Contribute to special events, promotions, and daily reporting
