The Senior Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in the successful operation of the Culinary Department for patient dining and a $4.2M retail dining cafe. This includes supervising hourly associates, developing daily menu items, and working with the System Executive Chef and Executive Chef to develop new menus and assist with ordering.
Requirements
- A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate and required experience
- 3-5 years progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
- High volume, complex foodservice operations experience
- Catering experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends
- ServSafe certification
