SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. The SHIFT SUPERVISOR will direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of admin/catering experience required
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate performance of workers and reward high performers
• Prepare production or sales reports for management
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• Mentor employees and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
