SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

We are hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor position at Ballad Health Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN. The Shift Supervisor will direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee assigned job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure. Requirements

• Prior food service and supervisory or lead experience
• Ability to evaluate performance of workers and maintain policy and procedure
• Ability to prepare production or sales reports and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety standards
• Ability to act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
