SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full time SOUS CHEF position. The Sous Chef helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods, coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a catering chef is required
• Leadership experience is preferred
• Knowledge of how to read BEOs
