SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full time SOUS CHEF position. The successful candidate will assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods, coordinate activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assume responsibility for the kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef.

• Previous sous chef experience is required
