SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)

We are hiring a full-time SOUS CHEF position at Bon Appétit Management Company. The SOUS CHEF will assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods, coordinate activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assume responsibility for the kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Requirements

• Five years of prior culinary experience
• Two years of prior catering and supervisor experience
• Ability to cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
• Ability to supervise hourly food service associates
• Ability to maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
