We are hiring a full-time SOUS CHEF position at Bon Appétit Management Company. The SOUS CHEF will assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods, coordinate activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assume responsibility for the kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef.
