Job Description
The Sr. Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations at a senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, five years of leadership experience, and two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience. The role involves managing a team, client relationships, profitability, and talent development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience
- Minimum of five years of Proven Leadership expertise
- Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
