SR. POWER BI ANALYST (REMOTE-NORTHEAST)

The Senior Power BI Analyst is responsible for delivering rapid, high-quality ad-hoc and exploratory reporting while maintaining and enhancing existing dashboards to support immediate business and account needs.

Requirements

• Deliver ad-hoc and exploratory reports
• Maintain and enhance dashboards
• Support urgent account requests
• Identify repeatable work for standardization
• Escalate anything that becomes repeatable or high value
• Develop Power BI datasets and semantic models
• Build standardized dashboards and reports
• Optimize SQL queries and data pipelines
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with business partners to define reporting requirements and build accurate data models.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize KPIs, trends, and opportunities.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Identify data quality gaps and implement process improvements.
• Present findings and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance existing BI products and automate reporting workflows.
