SUSHI CHEF (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full time SUSHI CHEF position at NBCUniversal in New York. The Sushi Chef prepares and presents sushi and related food products to customers. Responsibilities include offering a unique combination of restaurant, catering, and special event experience, maintaining sanitation and food safety, and interacting with customers to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous sushi experience required
• Demonstrates high-level knife skills and special skills associated with sushi prep, production, and presentation
• Maintains sanitation of all equipment, supplies, and utensils within work area
• Interacts with customers to enhance dining experience
