Job Description
Compass Health Center is a leading provider of PHP/IOP services in North America, dedicated to providing mental health care in a comfortable outpatient setting. They are seeking a passionate and experienced clinical therapist to work with adolescents (ages 14-18) struggling with OCD/complex anxiety. The role involves therapy sessions, family therapy, and collaboration with other providers. The role begins with training in Chicago/Northbrook from mid-June to early-August, and will eventually be based in Oak Brook, IL.
Requirements
- Holds an LCSW, LCPC, MSW, LPC, LSW, MFT, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD license with 2+ years of clinical experience.
- 1+ years' experience with exposure therapy preferred.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to assist families and patients in difficult topic conversations.
