Job Description
Compass Health is seeking an experienced Adult Therapist to join their team. The clinic focuses on PHP/IOP services and provides evidence-based treatment for individuals with OCD/complex anxiety. The role involves initial intake, therapy, and collaboration with patient and provider teams to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Complete initial intake evaluation
- Provide group and individual therapy
- Provide family therapy as needed
- Provide individual and milieu-based exposure therapy
- Chart progress of patients appropriately
- Complete administrative documentation
- Participate in professional development activities
- Assist families and patients
