Job Description
Compass Health Center, a leading provider of PHP/IOP services in North America, is seeking an experienced Therapist to join their team. The role involves leading group therapy, conducting assessments, and providing exposure therapy. The company offers a stimulating environment with robust programs for children and adults.
Requirements
- Lead group therapy sessions teaching DBT, CBT, and ACT skills
- Conduct and write assessments of new patients
- Provide milieu-based exposure therapy
- Develop and implement program material and curriculum
- Coordinate care with patients’ outside providers
- Chart progress of patients daily
- Attend training for Exposure Response Prevention Therapy
