Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking passionate and skilled Adult Group Therapists to deliver science-based therapy to adults in a comfortable outpatient setting. The center is expanding to Oak Brook, Illinois, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on providing evidence-based treatment. Therapy is provided to adults (ages 24+) with anxiety and mood disorders.
Requirements
- Provide group therapy to patients in a safe and therapeutic milieu
- Develop therapeutic group relationships that promote positive change
- Utilize CBT and DBT skills
- Develop program material and adjust content as needed
- Engage in crisis management
- Chart in electronic medical records system
- Participate in professional development activities
