Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships to drive referral growth, build partnerships, and expand their footprint across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. This role requires a clinically informed, relationship-driven business development leader with experience in mental health, business development, and sales.
Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical experience in mental health
- Business development or partnership experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong understanding of multi-market or multi-state healthcare environments
- Proven ability to build trust with senior clinical and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven and tech-savvy, with experience with CRM systems and performance dashboards
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong accountability and growth orientation
