Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking a Mental Health Creative Art Therapist for their partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs in Chicago, IL. The role involves facilitating group therapy, individual treatment, and coordinating creative art therapy practices, focused on anxiety and mood disorders. The therapist will contribute to overall program development and provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in the Creative Arts
- ATR (registered art therapist) or BC-DMT required
- Hold a License preferred (LPC, LCPC, LSW or LCSW)
- Experience with program target population in group and individual art therapy settings
- Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Experience with program target population in group and individual art therapy settings
