Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their team in Brookfield, Wisconsin, offering opportunities for growth and supportive mentorship in a fast-growing behavioral health organization. The role focuses on providing outpatient therapy and offering cross-training in various specialty programs (School Refusal, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, Mental Health, and Substance Use).
Requirements
- Passionate about patient care and collaborative work.
- Eligible for clinical licensure with prior experience or interest in working with varying diagnoses.
- Core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Experience in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient, or residential settings (preferred).
