Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking a Flex Primary Clinical Therapist to join their new Clinical Flex Team. The role offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) and a collaborative team environment. This is a full-time position with potential for growth and unique experiences. Therapists will support diverse patient populations within various program needs, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Requirements
- PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW
- 3+ years of post-master’s experience, with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Working knowledge of CBT and DBT
- Experience working in partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient programs (preferred)
- Innovative, organized, passionate about patient care
- Excellent work ethic, ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility and interest in working with multiple age groups
- Ability to lead and work effectively with families in crisis
