Job Description
Compass Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Intake Therapist to join their Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs in Northbrook, Illinois. The role involves assessing patients in the Child, Adolescent, and Young Child programs, facilitating group therapy, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team environment. Compass Health is recognized for its evidence-based approach and collaborative, team-based culture.
Requirements
- Complete initial intake evaluation.
- Interface with program directors.
- Screen potential intakes and answer family questions.
- Chart and communicate with utilization review.
- Facilitate group therapy and family therapy (as needed).
