Director of Adult Programming

Compass Health Center is seeking an experienced Director of Adult Programming to oversee its Mood & Anxiety Program and Trauma Program. This role involves hiring, supervising, and managing a team of therapists, ensuring adequate staffing, and managing program finances. The Director will oversee clinical intakes, patient care, and communication with other healthcare providers, with responsibilities initially based in Oak Brook, IL, and training from Chicago/Northbrook. The role offers opportunities for professional development and community outreach.

Requirements

• Provide direct managerial oversight to Associate Directors, Primary Therapists and Group/Milieu Therapists.
• Identifying and interviewing potential staff.
• Executing new hire onboarding and staff development.
• Leading employee performance appraisals and performance improvement program compliance.
• Managing program paid time off.
• Managing program intake schedule.
• Responding to clinical crises.
• Developing and implementing program material.
