Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to provide clerical support for patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exemplary care while being sensitive to individual psychiatric conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and planning skills; detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Flexible Schedule - Able to work assigned schedule
