Shady Grove Fertility seeks a compassionate and dynamic Patient Care Coordinator to join their growing practice in Denver, Colorado. The coordinator will be responsible for assisting with clinical care, providing patient counseling, and promoting excellence in customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
