Housing Case Manager I at Otto's Place

The Housing Case Manager provides trauma-informed services to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them achieve and maintain secure, stable, and permanent housing. The position involves assessment, documentation, information and referral, goal setting, direct advocacy, and coordination of services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a social/human service setting related to housing and homelessness
• Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as veterans, seniors, and families with children
• Knowledge of local resources and services for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
