Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager overseeing Next, you will lead a team of talented software engineers responsible for building the core operational layers, structured task management features, and workflow automation of the Next platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and leading high-performing engineering teams
• Strong technical background in building scalable web applications and distributed systems
• Experience with modern full-stack technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Go
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of using agile principles
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
