Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Search & Listings team at Compass, a real estate technology platform. The successful candidate will oversee critical products and services, manage a large infrastructure footprint, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development and at least 7+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of using agile principles with multiple teams and products to meet project goals and deliver high quality products
- Experience with technologies such as Java, AWS, ElasticSearch, Kafka, AWS, Python, Typescript, React
