Job Description
Compass is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team in the Search & Listings organization, responsible for developing critical roadmap features and ensuring operational excellence for the Compass platform and engineering team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development
- 7+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Java, AWS, ElasticSearch, Kafka, AWS, Python, Typescript, React
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of using agile principles
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
