Facilitadores de Sociedad I

We are looking for three Society Facilitators to work with local churches in Olancho, Choluteca, and Francisco Morazán, Honduras. The successful candidates will strengthen local belonging and resources to serve children and youth in their context.

Requirements

• Experience in working with evangelical churches of different denominations in urban and rural areas
• Reside in Olancho, Choluteca, and Francisco Morazán
• University Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related careers
• Three (3) years of professional experience or coordination of Christian ministries and/or service activities
• Knowledge of child integral development
• Facilitation and negotiation skills to establish trust relationships with a wide variety of people
• Ability to manage conflicts
• Mature, self-motivated and productive with remote supervision
• Ability to solve problems
• Customer service-oriented
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel without schedule problems
• Valid driver's license and experience driving four-wheel drive vehicles
• Experience and management of Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Internet)
